	How can I send money through CFC ?
	Go to the nearest CFC agent, fill in the 'send form' and hand over the money to the counter. See Demo

	How much does it cost?
	The commission rates vary from country to country based on the amount you send.

	Are there any charges at the receiving end?
	No

	Should I inform the receiver after the transaction?
	You can inform the recipient the CEYPIN number and the amount sent or choose the SMS notification service where the amount and the CEYPIN number will be sent via a SMS to the mobile phone of the recipient.

	How "Fast" will the Money be received?
	Within Minutes the receiver can withdraw the money subject to the time zone differences and agent operating hours or If money is remitted to the Rupee WishCard you can withdraw money from any VISA ATM in 1200 locations island wide anytime (This facility is available only in Sri Lanka at the moment) or For special convenience cash to door delivery could be arranged at an additional cost (This facility is available only in Sri Lanka).

	From where can the receiver withdraw the money?
	From any CFC Agent worldwide or From any VISA ATM using the Rupee WishCard (This facility is available only in Sri Lanka)

	What if the receiver does not have a valid identification ?
	In the absence of a valid ID, test questions can serve as an identification method.

	What if I want a refund or need to make changes to a transaction?
	Please contact the agent.

	Can I send money to a bank account?
	This facility is currently only available for the transactions to Sri Lanka.
